APPLICATIONS: Bardahl Synthetic Brake Fluid DOT 5 is completely synthetic and can be used for competition (racing, rallies, cross country and off-road) and in hydraulic brake systems of vehicles, trucks and buses. It has a very high basic boiling point but above all it has a very high wet boiling point. This ensures maximum safety against foaming and brake failure. PROPERTIES: Perfect stability at high temperatures. Perfect chemical stability. No effect on rubber. Maintains good viscosity over a wide temperature range. Ideal for all types of vehicles. Appropriate for any climatic variation, from very cold to very hot. Miscible with all DOT 3,4 and 5 brake fluids. Meets US FMVSS*571.116 and SAE J 1703 specifications.
