Clean the brake caliper with the included steel brush and the included brake cleaner. Mix the brake caliper paint and hardener with the putty knife. For NEON colors: Remove the white base with the spatula and apply a thin layer that covers well with the first fine brush. Use the second spatula to mix the NEON brake caliper paint and hardening agent. Mask off all parts except the brake caliper and apply the brake caliper paint with the brush. After painting the brake calipers, let them dry, then put the wheel back in place, done.
